Today, for many people, it is hard to believe that the daughters of a rickshaw driver are studying in the top universities of Pakistan. But Muskan a rickshaw driver daughter studying in IBA one of the most elite educational institute in Pakistan.



Mockery ridicules, and hardships were faced by a simple Rickshaw driver who decided to educate all his daughters and provide them with a bright future. During the day he worked at the shop to sell small items; he would spend most of his nights on the streets, driving around passengers in Rickshaw. Amjad enrolled all his daughters in The Citizen Foundation and now proudly says his Daughter Muskan a rickshaw driver daughter studying in IBA one of the most elite educational institute in Pakistan.

“What good will it do to educate your daughters? you must worry about their wedding and dowry instead."These were just a few of the remarks Amjad Ali, a rickshaw driver and father of six daughters, would hear every now and then. except for him, his daughters are a blessing. Relentless in his pursuit to allow them the most effective education possible, Amjad paid very little heed to people's comments. “I wish my daughters to have a firm standing in society. that sort of confidence and knowledge will solely come back from education,” he says with a powerful belief.⠀
